A couple of issues ago, I wrote about bridge repairs, and one of my friends read it and commented on it. He asked me why I would go through all that work, when it is so easily replaced. He explained, "If you take the bridge off, you can send it to Schaff piano, and they will make a new one for you, exactly like the old one, with the pins already installed, and it is very inexpensive".

I'm glad people are reading the tech tips, and I appreciate that they are commenting on them. If anyone else wants to comment on on this or other ones, I'm always glad to learn different techniques. And, of course, all are welcome to join Mike Slavin and me and contribute their own tech tips.
