Minutes of the November Meeting
by Michael Slavin, filling in for Marty Dinerstein - Secretary

The November meeting was called to order at 8 PM by president Paul Eccardt. Seven chapter members and two guests were in attendance. Treasurer Paul Keogler presented the financial report. Details of the December Holiday party were given by the banquet committee. An invitation was offered to our Chapter by Matthew Villaflor of the new Steinway showroom at the Fortunoff Mall in Westbury to hold our January meeting at this location. The members decided to accept. The meeting will convene one hour earlier than usual, at 7 PM on January 14, 2003. Due to the inclement weather, the scheduled speaker Kent Webb of Steinway & Sons was unable to attend. A round table discussion of important issues to the Chapter and the piano industry in general followed. The meeting was adjourned at 10 PM.
