President's Message

The holiday season is the busiest time of year for us as tuners, technicians, and salespeople. We have such full schedules and so little extra time that we tend to forget some important things. We should take advantage of this time of year. Advertising works better now than it does in the summer. If you are already too busy, you can always schedule things far in advance or farm out the work. You could even hire someone to help you. Another way to take advantage of the holidays is by sending your best customers small gifts. The cost of the gift is nothing compared to the recommendations you will get. You could try sending all your customers holiday greeting cards. Even better, give them a call to wish them a happy holiday. Out of twenty calls, one customer might want to schedule a tuning. Some of these ideas and others have to be planned out in advance, so you will still have time to do your job during this holiday season.
