The technical will be given by Kenny House. Kenny is an RPT and is originally from Charlotte, North Carolina. He has been up here for six years working for himself. He has attended all three of Steinway’s classes on action regulation, voicing, and dampers. In addition, he services Spirio player pianos in the field for Steinway.
