The previous general meeting was our end-of-season dinner party, held on Tuesday evening June 14, 2004, at the George Washington Manor in Old Roslyn Village.

Because so many people, including many PTG members, have been affected by hurricane Katrina, our chapter will accept donations to the hurricane relief. We will be taking up a collection at the September meeting, where individual members can contribute in the name of the chapter.

So many tuners and musicians have been devastated by this disaster that our members might find it to be particularly disturbing.
