This month Ruth Phillips has arranged for John Zeiner, Sr to present his "Agraffes Can Be Fun!" talk. The class covers broken agraffe and hitch pin replacement; how to repair a damaged agraffe hole in the plate; installation and alignment of a set of new agraffes; the four different styles Steinway uses in a piano; the Steinway patent on agraffes; how to use agraffe shims; and capo bar repairs.

The Executive Committee will meet prior to the general meeting at 5 p.m. at the Olive Garden Restaurant, 1120 Old Country Road, Westbury, diagonally across the street from Frank and Camille's.
